Merry Sunday, dear readers.
AMBER VALLETTA in Chanel
Our favorite new girl on the scene Chloe Moretz (or as I like to call her, Hailee Steinfeld’s Downfall) made another red carpet splash in this adorable Carven dress. Simple, interesting, chic, and age-appropriate.
Christina, do you really think there is a person alive who believes that is your real hair?
Remember when her facial muscles used to move? Those were the days.
Courtney, grab the helium tank, your left one is deflating!
Once of those outfits that was perfect on the runway, but the whole crotch wrinkles as soon as you sit down. The shoes are stupid, but the color of those shorts is lovely, especially with that belt.
DREW BARRYMORE in Chanel
Someone needs to look into a new colorist IMMEDIATELY.
Emma finally switched back to red again, and I’m thrilled. The blonde may have been a little more dramatic, but the red looks so natural on her. I’m happy it’s back just so I can stop worrying that she’s turning into Lindsay Lohan.
EMMY ROSSUM in Alberta Ferretti
Cute dress, but not with those shoes.
EVA MENDES in Roland Mouret
This has way too many folds and drapes and wrinkles in it, and the color doesn’t work at all with Eva’s skin tone. The shoes and purse are overwhelming.
HEATHER GRAHAM in Donna Karan
Is she playing the role of a hooker in need of a dye job who shops exclusively at American Apparel?
Super-duper cute pants and shoes.
IMAN in Prabal Gurung
Pretty fierce, actually.
I can’t imagine what Kim’s left tit did to make her right tit want to run so far away!
KIRSTEN DUNST in Chanel
It’s a little too youthful, with the silver Mary Janes and the ivory lace, but she looks adorable.
Comedy writers don’t have to dress well. But stars of #1 movies do, so Kristen, use that Bridesmaids paycheck to hire yourself the best stylist in town. You’re mega-hot and there’s no reason you shouldn’t look it.
KRYSTEN RITTER in MinkPink
I love this. I’d wear every single piece of this outfit, together and separately.
KYLIE MINOGUE in Emilio Pucci
Christ, that’s BLUE. And the tiny little tassels are just killing me.
LEELEE SOBIESKI in Versus
I always forget she exists, but I do love this color yellow and the cut of this dress.
MICHELLE OBAMA in Reed Krakoff
Another knock-out ball gown from our First Lady. She looks simply statuesque, and that royal blue suits her.
MILA KUNIS in Givenchy
Florence Welch rocked a similar dress a few months ago at the Givenchy Spring 2011 fashion show in Paris. It’s not particularly fascinating, but it’s pretty and the print is interesting. The colors are lovely, and though a shiny nude peep-toe pump is about as expected as can be, this shoe looks fabulous on her. Love, love, LOVE the coral purse. Great contrast to the beige-pinks of the dress and shoes.
Lovely dress, but the shoes and purse take it into Christmas party territory.
Cute skirt, great purse. She’s so fabulously beautiful.
SALMA HAYEK in Gucci
There’s so much matchy-matchy happening – even the toenail polish is purple! – but it could have been fabulous with two fewer purple accessories.
SCARLETT JOHANSSON in Valentino
I like this hair color, I just wish she’d styled it in a way that actually works on photographs. This dress is cute, but those shoes are all wrong for it.
