Two weeks. Ten cities. Three continents. We’ve seen all they’ve had to offer on the Spider-man press tour, and Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield are exhausted, y’all.
I’ve written about each of these looks (well, all of Emma’s and several of Andrew’s) in a variety of posts over the last few weeks (the photos are linked to those posts, so click the pics for further reading). Nothing can beat Emmas Elie Saab and Gucci.
I cant help but feel let down by this tour. I was expecting Stoner Girl to hit it out of the park, but she only had about two looks that I will remember. I was hoping for more Lanvin since that seems to be her error free designer. I’ve been more impressed by Andrews choices than Emmas.
I’ve been more impressed by Andrew than Emma too! And I agree, Emma tends to look flawless in Lanvin more often than not, and definitely could have used a dose of Lanvin to spice up this press tour.
He out-dressed her by a landslide. Why did her makeup team give her pink eye with that blue Pucci dress? WHY? She looks frightening. Love her Elie Saab and Rue de Mail. Hate or don’t care about the rest of her looks (there are a least three WTFs in there. That brown Rochas dress. Seriously?) He looks great in everything, but that blue McQueen suit is TO DIE.
The pink eye makeup and the brown Rochas dress were my two biggest complaints from the entire press tour. Just awful. Andrew absolutely killed it in that blue McQueen.
When Andrew got it right he GOT IT RIGHT. There are some looks I’m a bit iffy on with him, but pretty fabulously dressed overall.
I can’t say the same for Emma, which makes me sad. She looks terrifying in the blue Pucci dress (really hair and makeup? really?) but I did like a few of them, but I expected more from our near March Fabness Winner.
Amen! I expect the woman who came THAT close to unseating Emma Watson as March Fabness Champion to have a WAY more flawless press tour wardrobe than this. Very hit-or-miss.
I really don’t love a lot of these looks. The chanel dress is lovely.
